Project Overview
18 Newmarket Square is a flagship build-to-rent residential development in Dublin 8, comprising 134 high-quality apartments and significant communal and retail space. The development includes landscaped courtyards, rooftop gardens, bicycle parking, co-working amenities and is designed to NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards.
Given the scope of the build, a variety of doorset configurations were specified. Carroll Joinery’s technical team and on-site coordinators worked closely with Walls’ construction and design teams from the outset, ensuring all doorsets were aligned with performance requirements, fire regulations, and the overall architectural intent.
Deliverables
Carroll Joinery successfully delivered and installed all 972 doorsets, comprising of Main Entrance doors, Internal doorsets & Common Area Door Skirtings, Architrave and Door Liners.
This package formed a critical element of the internal fit-out at 18 Newmarket Square. By providing a high volume of doorsets with strict adherence to delivery timings and quality expectations, we supported Walls Construction’s objectives for smooth site progression and high-standard finishes throughout the residential and common areas.
